Payments


The Company accept payment made via Credit Cards using Visa, MasterCard and Unionpay.

An automated “Order Completed” or “Order Unsuccessful” message will be shown on screen after the order is submitted. An order will be shown as completed only when the payment went through at the point of order submission.

All payments will be verified by third party payment processors and banks. Orders will be placed on hold if your payment is eventually declined and customer will be notified with an email for the unsuccessful transaction. Customer may try to submit the order again, try an alternate payment mode or contact his/her issuing bank if problem persists.

All orders will be charged in Singapore dollars (SGD) at the checkout page. You will be charged the SGD equivalent in your local currency at your bank’s exchange rate at the point of transaction. Please note that prices shown in various currencies on the site, other than SGD, are indicative only and subject to changes.
