The Speedmaster Chronograph was created in 1957. From its inception it has been known for its high precision, sturdiness, readability, ease of use and reliability, and in 1969 it made its mark in history as the first watch to be worn on the Moon.. To this day, the Speedmaster remains the only watch certified by NASA for extra-vehicular activity and worn by astronauts
    on all six lunar landings.

This 42mm Speedmaster Professional “Moonwatch” mechanical calibre 1863 which is visible from the case back features a black dial covered by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and graced by a small seconds sub-dial, 30-minute recorder and 12-hour recorder along with a central chronograph hand and a black bezel with tachymetric scale. It comes with a special presentation box which contains a "NATO" strap, a strap for astronauts, a tool to change the bracelet and a book highlighting Speedmaster's adventures.
